Due to the custom-made nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds on most items. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

2. Custom Products

All shooting benches and custom-built items are made to order. Once production has begun, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds. Please ensure you are satisfied with your specifications before placing an order.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or with manufacturing defects, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include repair, replacement, or partial refund depending on the circumstances.

4. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund if requested before production has begun. Once production has started, a cancellation fee may apply to cover materials and labour costs.

5. Shipping Damage

All items are carefully packaged before shipping. If damage occurs during transit, we will assist with any courier claims. Please inspect your delivery before signing and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt.
